I'm a residential technology specialist focused on light wood-frame homes, with years of hands-on experience and research across North America in structural systems, comfort solutions, energy retrofits, and long-term maintenance strategies.

Through working closely with homeowners of wood-frame houses, I’ve come to deeply understand the real-world challenges many people face when buying, renovating, or maintaining their homes — fragmented information, steep technical barriers, and difficulty controlling costs.
